What is fascia?
Fascia is a collagenous three dimensional network of nanotubules that give the body structure, protection, and delivers information to every cell in the body.
The fascial system surrounds, interweaves between, and interpenetrates all organs, muscles, bones and nerve fibers, endowing the body with a functional structure, and providing an environment that enables all body systems to operate in an integrated manner.
What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release is a specialized somatic technique that targets the fascia. This gentle yet highly effective therapy aims to release adhesions, knots, and restrictions in the fascia, allowing your muscles to move freely and without pain.
